The Right to Information enables citizens to obtain information and facts, as well as inspect and obtain copies of records and documents, relating to the administrative, developmental, and regulatory functions of a Local Self-Government Institution, subject to the provisions of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1999, Chapter XXV-A, Sections 271A, 271B and 271C, and the rules made thereunder.
